🏦 Investment Banking (IB)

Working in Investment Banking (IB) involves doing market analysis, financial modeling, and preparing pitch decks and client presentations. Often, you’ll gain hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising activities. 

💰 Venture Capital (VC)

A VC intern evaluates potential investment opportunities by conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence. They also support the investment team in various administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases.

💼 Corporate Finance

Interns in Corporate Finance learn about financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and strategic finance projects, contributing to the financial planning and analysis efforts that guide the decision-making of companies.

🧑‍💻 Financial Technology

Interning in Financial Technology, also called FinTech, you’ll work on projects at the intersection of finance and technology, such as developing financial software, analyzing digital payment systems, or exploring blockchain applications, contributing to the innovation in financial services.

🔎 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

As an intern in FP&A, you’ll work on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making within a company. You’ll also learn to prepare reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and make presentations for senior management.

📈 Asset Management & Wealth Management

As an intern in Asset Management or Wealth Management, you’ll conduct portfolio analysis, investment research, and strategy implementation, while learning about asset allocation, stock selection, and client relationship management in a dynamic investment environment.
